Exiles and Tribulations Persistent World
Exiles & Tribulations is an online persistent world for Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition.
Exiles is meant to fill a niche in play-style somewhere between the thoughtless hamster wheel grinding of action servers and the relentless typing of hardcore roleplay servers. It was built to scratch an itch that has not been scratched since the shutdown of 'Mystara - Black Horizons' way back in 2007.
A big focus for Exiles is world exploration. Both new players and hard-core neverwinterans can band together or go it alone to explore a world rich with hidden detail, secret areas, hair-raising encounters, and more importantly interesting & unique loot.
Players aren't expected to stop and roleplay at every opportunity as the world lends itself well to lone wolf play, however, there is plenty of detail if you stop to look and the possibilities for roleplayers are endless.
New characters have a choice of five different legacies. Your legacy which affect where you spawn each reset as well as your relations with different groups of NPC's.

- Forgotten Realms Adopted - All forgotten realms deities are available in this setting (they would have been brought over by 'Reborn' adventurers)
- Anthem Grown - Native 'Rhoomeri' tribe of hin follow the diety of 'Rhoom', a colossal fungal monstrosity they believe is destined to extinguish all life.
